Advice Letter to California Public Utilities Commission Regarding Wishon Reservoir Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan
On June 22, 2017, PG&E submitted an Advice Letter to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 851 requesting the CPUC's approval of a conservation easement to be established on approximately 1,190 acres of land PG&E is retaining within the Wishon Reservoir planning unit property in Fresno County. The conservation easement to be established on these lands will be held by Sierra Foothill Conservancy.

Final Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan - PG&E Retained
The Stewardship Council Board of Directors have adopted the Wishon Reservoir Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan (LCCP) for the Wishon Reservoir planning unit located in Fresno County, California, at its June 16, 2016 Board of Directors’ Meeting. The Wishon Reservoir LCCP describes how the proposed transactions and related agreements conform to and fulfill all requirements of the 2003 Settlement Agreement and Stipulation. The draft LCCP was made available for public review and comment for a 30-day period from March 24, 2016 to April 22, 2016.

Advice Letter to California Public Utilities Commission Regarding Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan - Lands for Donation to USFS
On September 2, 2015, PG&E submitted an Advice Letter to the California Public Utilities Commission pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 851 requesting the CPUC's approval of PG&E's donation of fee simple title to 167 acres within Wishon Reservoir planning unit property in Fresno County to the United States Forest Service. The conservation covenant will be held by the Sierra Nevada Conservancy.

At its September 10, 2014 meeting, the board adopted the Wishon Reservoir Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan for the Wishon Reservoir planning unit located in Fresno County, California,
The Wishon Reservoir LCCP describes how the proposed transactions and related agreements conform to and fulfill all requirements of the 2003 Settlement Agreement and Stipulation.
The draft LCCP was made available for public review and comment for a 30-day period from June 9, 2014 to July 9, 2014.

Recommendations
At its September 16, 2010 meeting, the board recommended the United States Forest Service as the prospective fee title donee for 167 acres of land in the Wishon Reservoir planning unit.

At its March 30, 2011 meeting, the board recommended the Sierra Foothills Conservancy as the prospective conservation easement holder on all the lands in the planning unit to be retained by PG&E.
